For some reason I am on this running kick. I don't know why other than everyone at work is doing this "biggest loser" thing to see who can lose the most weight. It is all on percentage and I did half way decent last month. I want to say it was 3.7%. I did it all by running when I had time and just trying to eat healthier and watch my portion size.
Running is really enjoyable for some reason and it relieves stress. Now I am thinking of getting new running shoes too. We'll see! This week has been running before work, and let me tell you it is not fun running at 4:30 in the morning.
